• Yes it will as long as you connect the cam to power then set it up through the eufy app.

• If you do not have the homebase, it will connect to internet through wifi only if your phone is also connected to wifi, otherwise it will need to be connected to your phone's data. If you have the homebase 3, you are now able to connect to your home wifi through the homebase by entering wifi password.

• It can be used with the Eufy Security app on the iPhone, but it cannot be connected like a typical IP camera.
