“Can this camera do motion tracking for People ONLY? And stay still for everything else? Or will it track every movement. I'd rather have it track people only instead of cars driving by etc.”

This is an Indoor camera, so the motion detection shouldn't be a problem with cars, as you don't tend to get them driving through your house.

One other thing to consider, if aiming outside... it does track people, cars AND it will be triggered by raindrops running down the window, as well as trash blowing through the area! :). Better too many recordings than too few in my book :)
