“Mine only pans automatically or with the software. I have to manually adjust the tilt up and down with my hand. Does anyone else have this issue?”

• I can adjust mine using the app. Not sure why you are only able to do it by hand.

• You can enable Motion Tracking in the eufy app which will automatically turn and tilt.

• I believe something might be wrong with yours mine goes up down left and right on its own you might have to take yours back for repair or exchange.
