“It doesn't show night vision views, how is the resolution in complete darkness?”

• If infrared lights not enabled (night vision), in complete darkness video will be completely dark.

• It's on par with any other smart home camera I've ever owned. I can see everything in a pitch black room with reasonable brightness and clarity with this camera.

• It does have night vision, and it's similar to the other indoor cameras. You can also toggle it on or off like other cameras. In a small-medium room with black out curtains and no lights on, it's pitch black without the night vision.
