The eufy Security products, like the Outdoor Cam and various eufyCams, are generally operational in temperatures ranging from -4°F to 122°F (-20°C to 50°C). If you are in an area that gets down to -30°F, please note: If the temperature drops below -4°F (-20°C), the product remains operational. However, the battery chemistry will be affected, potentially resulting in lower battery levels and shorter battery life during these extreme cold conditions. The product should resume normal battery functionality once the temperature rises. The eufy SoloCam S40 and the 4G Starlight Camera have a waterproof IP rating of IP67, which means they are designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, including heavy rain and snow.
