• No, you need the wired version of this to do that. With the wired version the E340, you need to have the home base 3 with a hard drive that's not included to do 24/7 recording. The one you have can only do events recording because it carries onboard only 8 gb.

• Best Buy needs to update the product listing. It states this camera does do 24/7 recording but it looks like it does not though.
