The eufyCam E camera batteries can be recharged. The difference is that the eufyCam E batteries, while much larger, can't be removed. This means the camera is easier to weatherproof, but does mean that you need to take the camera down to recharge the battery, or run an extension and USB cord to the charging port
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks so much for your interest in our eufyCam series. Yes, the camera gets charged via microUSB cable. There are the following two ways for charging: -HomeBase has one USB charging port with Anker Power IQ Technology. We recommend that you charge your eufyCams with HomeBase. Charging via HomeBase from 0 to 100% takes about 4 hours. -Any 5V or 9V USB charger can charge eufyCam. With regards to your concern, please be assured that the batteries can be rechargeable (but not replaceable). Also, we can offer an exchange or refund for the purchase you made according to our 12-month warranty that covers any quality or manufacturing- related issue. The battery in eufyCam can last for 300 times of charging cycle, which means 300 times from 0% to 100% and then to 0%. This is enough to last for more than 5 years of normal product use. Thanks so much for your interest in our eufyCam series.
