Since the camera cannot be directly connected to the router, the camera is paired with the homebase. In a line-of-sight and clean environment, the system range can reach up to 300ft. In the field, the wireless range varies due to the distance, number of walls, material of obstacles and 2.4GHz interference. Therefore all cameras must be within the range of the hub, which in turn communicates with your Wi-Fi. Depending on obstructions, walls, trees, etc, I would expect around 50+ feet but your mileage may vary. If you are planning to mount the cameras a significant distance away from the hub you may wish to use a camera system that features some sort of on-board storage or direct Wi-Fi.
