Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The short answer: YES The Eufy 2C cameras work by interacting with a Eufy Hub, which in turn connects to your network via Wi-Fi or wired ethernet. In other words: everything is local. The included hub that ships with the 2C features 16 Gigs of non-removable, non-upgradable physical storage. Other systems, i.e. Ring, Arlo, Blink, et al. can require some level of cloud-based storage/communication that sends and/or stores your information to their respective servers over the Internet (sometimes for a monthly fee). So, these [Eufy] cameras should work regardless of your internet connectivity, assuming they can communicate with the hub and your local network. I believe Eufy does offer a cloud-based backup service.
