Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dear Slashman, unfortunately, the transfer of fingerprint from one lock to the other (Eufy to Eufy) is not a feature. They did that to ensure that an individual's fingerprint (biometrics) cannot not be intercepted by hackers/cybercriminals and therefore made it localized to each lock. This is to say that the fingerprint is stored into each lock and not on the internet/Wi-Fi or Bluetooth synchronicity. However, since the fingerprint setup is localized, you can assign admin privileges (locally or remotely) so that the individual(s) can do the setup at the lock once they are present. Subsequently you can later revise the setting and reduce the admin privileges to guest if needs be. I have attached a few screenshots to assist the steps. STEP 7. ADD THE Email address AND PRESS SEND (Not Included in the attached photo illustrations). Repeat these steps per individual (if you have shared before the emails will be in the drop down arrow within the email window)
