Yes, there is a limit based on the manufacturer- The limit is 100 Users. Yes- One phone can be the Master as Admin that is capable of adding and deleting fingerprints. The only drawback with having one Master is that the “Master device” would have to be present where the lock is located in order to add the fingerprints (this is a Bluetooth driven function) of the other users as it is stored in the lock and not on a server. Only Deleting fingerprints can be done remotely.
