“Does the auto lock activate when the door is open or only when the door is closed?”

• The Eufy lock senses the door and detects when it is closed or open. I have tested its smarts and it only Auto Lock when the door is closed. it will not activate when the door is ajar but be sure to Calibrate the Lock after you have engaged this feature.

• It only looks at the timer, doesn't care if the door is locked ir opened
