Yes and no. It comes with a 30 degree back plate that can be mounted left or right to get a better view. We used it on crown molding just to get it facing straight ahead. Hope that helps!

It does not pivot, but could be installed upside down to give you the angle upward instead of downward on the second camera.

It has a 15 degrees mouting bracket. I am sorry it may not meet your needs.
