I've have the same problem. In my case if you get a notification and you try to view it right away it will just sit there and buffer. To overcome this I have to wait for a few minutes before trying to view the video. I'm using an iPhone 13 so it's a new phone and not an old one. Also any video that was captured during the night will play just fine in the morning hours later. I'm thinking it's their software/hardware because I have 1G internet so there should not be any delays. Just need to wait a while. Other than that this is a nice camera!

Please try again later.You have to make sure the device has a strong enough WiFi signal to send the video, and the building it’s on has fast enough internet to send the video. Also, you want to make sure your phone internet connection is fast enough to stream said video. This sounds like a connection speed problem, not a device problem.
