The "AUTO-RESPONSE" feature, such as announcing "Excuse Me, Can I Help You?" works when a visitor presses the doorbell or stays in detection areas for an extended period. If this feature used to be motion-activated for your device and has stopped functioning, it may require adjustments in the device or software settings. It would be worth checking the updated settings on the eufySecurity app to ensure the motion detection and auto-response settings are properly configured.
