• A:Answer Mine did not I even replaced my chime, rewired with new wires and replaced the doorbell transformer. Still does not work. Ended up getting the homebase but if you do not go that route you will need their other chime add on or an Alexa device.

• A:Answer It is impossible to say. It depends on how often it detects motion and how you set up the video recordings (For example, you can set it to record only a 20-second video when it records motion or you can set it to record a 30 or 60-second video). But I would think you can get several days of recordings before the storage fills up and it starts to overwrite the oldest recordings.
