The primary way to view stored videos is through the eufy Security app. Videos can be stored on SD cards, cloud storage, or local storage devices, and the app allows you to access and manage them. For desktop users, live videos can be viewed via the web portal, though historical recordings are currently not supported unless you are using cloud storage.
