Can this be used with a refrigerator? null

It’s only rated for 15 amps, so unless it’s a very small refrigerator (think dorm room mini), probably not. Most standard refrigerators are 17-22 Amps; however, you can check the requirements for your device/appliance, and as long as it’s less than 15 amps (~1700v) this device will work.

Typical refrigerators (about 18 cu ft) run at about 150 watts (about 1.4 amps), but the starting power (for several seconds) is about 1200 watts. That's 10 amps.

Does a refrigerator have a plug that goes to an outlet... yes.
