Hi Superque89, Thank you for your enquiry. The manufacturer's warranty on the HUB II is 10 yrs: Firebox, outer body & cooking grids against all rust/burn through. 5 yrs: Exterior paint/finish against rust through, excluding fading, discoloration, oxidation or consumer damage. Electrical components including heating elements, PCB's, switches, motors, cords and associated housings. We really like to look after our customers so if a customer has a problem, our Customer Care Team will work as hard as they can to resolve it as quickly as possible, and with minimal hassle.
