• No it does not. I bought this after my 3060ti fe got hot and melted the cable. Had to buy a new power supply and Nvidia had to send me a new adapter for the gpu.

• Yes 2 cpu power cable that came with it are 6+2 and 2 gpu cable are a double 6+2. There was also several other cables i didnt need.
