From the model numbers, I would say yes they are. The difference is the R and B at the end... "KR" and "KB". I am not sure if that has to do with a special designation for Best Buy and "KR" is for other retail. I have not check specs, I am just going by the model numbers: 04G-P4-6255-KR (Newegg) and 04G-P4-6255-KB (BestBuy).
