“I installed EVGA GTX graphics card on my computer and now I am unable to print documents from any of the Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook. Trouble-shooting the printer shows it is OK and will print a test page without a problem.”

• The issue was a security setting that needed to be changed in order for the EVGA to be installed. Once that setting was returned to its original position, everything is printing again from Microsoft Office.

• Even though it prints the test page make sure the printer and pc are on the same wifi.
