“Is this item discontinued? I ordered this card in store on 11/8/17 and it has not been shipped out. I have a delayed status stating Best Buy does not know when the item will be in stock,and I will have to wait until 12/16/17 before they recommend a refund”

NO, it is in such high demand that nobody can keep them in stock. It's the "HOT" mining card at the moment, so all of the eth moners are gobbling them up as fast as stores can get them. I'm a Best Buy rewards member, love the 5% cash back, so I am faithful to them, but they're always out of them. I'd point you to BH Photo. They seem to have a pipeline of the things at a great price.
