• you should be able to and at the most you just have to update your bios

• Yes it would be a nice upgrade. the 2000’s series was barely on par with the 1000. but the 3000’s is much better. even if the last 2 digits(2060/3060) are the same. especially since this is a 3060 TI. TI’s are better than your default ones. hope this helped
