- Answer contact Best Buy customer support. Give them your purchase pin on your receipt. From there, they should generate your game code(s) via email. Hope that helps.

- Answer The game is printed on your receipt at the time of purchase. It's done through Origin computer app. Tried to do it through steam but never gave the option.
