Yes! appears the 590- P0054 hp Pavillion is a micro tower case. To replace that HP 180 watt or 200 something watt power supply you will need to stay small form dimension wise with a new power supply. The EVGA 600 Watt should be enough to support One Dedicated Graphics card. A 700 Watt power supply might not be able to fit inside that HP case. Note: AMD graphic cards seem not as power efficient as they once were and may draw more power than specifications indicate. When you decide to purchase a Video card look at power requirements. I suggest if you are getting a graphics card go with nVidia like GTX 1080 ti depending on your budget.
