“Recently I've blown out the power unit for my Optiplex 7020, I was wondering, will this one fit it? it was a 290w 12v psu. you know the generic one that came in this unit”

I don’t believe this unit will fit your case. Google replacement power supply for Dell Optiplex . Take out your power supply and look for the model number tag to search.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This should physically fit basically any tower/desktop computer, as long as it isn't a slim/ultra slim design, which takes a custom PSU. As far as the power output amount..... this should be a real good upgrade/increase.
