• Hi Texj ! The controls built in to the voice remote included with the Roku Express 4K+ allow control of the TVs power, volume and mute. If your Sony soundbar and your Vizio TV support HDMI-CEC, you can setup your Roku remote to control your Vizio TV, which would then use HDMI-CEC to control the volume level on your Sony soundbar. Please note HDMI-CEC may need to be turned on within the settings menu on your devices.
