Hi Lamont! The Roku Express 4K+ is wireless to your network using a WiFi connection. However you will need to connect the Express 4K+ to your TVs HDMI port using the included premium high speed HDMI cable. In addition you will also need to power the Express 4K+ using the included USB power cable and power adapter plugged into outlet power. Another option for powering the Express 4K+ is connecting the included USB power cable from the device to a USB port on your TV.
