My brand new roku remote doesn’t work. null

Not to insult your intelligence but make sure that you put batteries in it. If it’s not the battery powered one, make sure that you plug a micro USB charger into the bottom of the remote and charge it first.

Yes, we even put new batteries in twice

I have problems with the buttons to turn up or down volume.
