“Confused, I would like to buy this HD 8 channel have old system wired up about 6 years old generic brand but cameras are nicely mounted outside 2 are 720 p and one 1080 with this night owl system will they get a better tvl picture?? As pic is not great”

This Night Owl Standalone DVR is compatible with 720p and 1080p cameras. This Night Owl system will not improve the resolution of the cameras, it is compatible with 3MP cameras which are higher resolution cameras.
