• I pre ordered the game to be picked up in store. Five minutes after I picked it up I received an email with the $10 dlls in rewards boucher

• I think you get the 10 dollar certificate after the return period is over. (also depends on your member status, a normal member gets 15-day return, elite 30days and elite plus gets 45 days)
