Ours didn't come with any codes either. I don't think this version was supposed to.

I had this problem too, check your email, I think mine may have been buried in my spam folder or I accidentally deleted it. Search “Redeem digital product”

You should of received the code in your email. check you spam/junk folder in your email to see if the code was sent. otherwise contact bestbuy or EA to provide proof of purchase and to receive the code.
