Yes, everytime you start the game, it will prompt you to a screen where you select what kind of language you want. Apart from English and Spanish, you can select from a large selection of languages. Now if you are talking about the commentary language in-game, you can select what language you want to hear the commentary by going to settings and selecting what language you want.
