Customer support said they ran out of steelbooks for preorders and had to cancel a bunch of the orders.

Please try again later.It was advertised it would, however, without any notice if they're sold out of steelbook, they'll confirm you have a pre-order bonus only you'll find out when picking it up they have none in stock. If Best Buy was honest they'd make it clear if they're sold out. I'm so mad at best buy I'll never preorder again, they cost me out of other promotions by not notifying us the consumer of stock limits and what you're actually getting. If you want to risk it, be my guest. It's a clear bait and switch to drive pre-orders. Awful business.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depends on when you ordered it. Usually the steelbook bonus runs out about a month before release. This also happened with Remake. My bad, answering this probably way too late, lol.
