I preordered the physical deluxe edition. I received my package today, but there was no DLC code for the Chocobo summon. I have not received any code via email as of this reply.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also did not receive an email or a code in box. After I called support and waited 50 minutes I was told that they ran out of codes and were waiting on the supplier to distribute more codes and to call back within 48 hours. This was on April 11th.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I actually got off the phone with Best Buy today. They said that they didn't have enough DLC redeem codes to keep up with the demand. Which is pretty strange if you ask me. However, they told me that once Best Buy does get the redeeming codes from the publisher; The chocobo chick DLC will be emailed to everyone who pre-ordered. As for when will it happen, who knows.
