- Answer Try registering it on the SquareEnix website. I had a similar problem but it was because i ordered the 1st class edition from SquareEnix.

QuestionIs best buy still planning on getting the physical copies for store pickup on release day (April 10th) with all the Covid-19 issues going on? I know other retailers are saying they may or may not have it. Even SE is saying that.

- Answer They are doing curbside pickup now, as stores are closed to the public. You need the Best Buy ap, and once the order is ready, you use the app to check in. It is similar to Walmart's grocery pickup; if you're familiar with that.
