• Try registering it on the SquareEnix website. I had a similar problem but it was because i ordered the 1st class edition from SquareEnix.

• The chocobo chick materia would of had been sent to your email if for some reason you deleted the email by mistake go to your purchase page and click on the final fantasy 7 remake purchase scroll down and you should see the dlc click on it and maybe it can be sent again or go to your digital purchases and it should be there as well
