• I pre ordered the Deluxe Edition from Best Buy and it said my Chocobo dlc was digital. I did receive it but in email form. Check the email that was associated with the preorder it may be there now. I hope you get this and hope it helps.

• I had almost a similar problem. But i contacted SquareEnix on their website and they hooked me up. Im not saying its a forsure thing but it cant hurt to try.
