“Was thinking about ordering this item but still kinda confused about what it is capable of doing and what you need for this to work, Do you need a antenna? I do have a Fire Srick. Cause in the question and answers some say yes on antenna and some say no.”

Yes, you only need one OTA antenna. No matter how many TV's you have as long as the TV's are connected with an Amazon Fire TV/Stick you'll be able to watch OTA channels through the Recast. The 2 tuner Recast allows you to watch 2 TV's simultaneously, the 4 turner allows you to watch 4 TV's simultaneously.
