This all depends on the antenna that you use and signal strength. I bought an outdoor antenna and mounted it to my roof. I downloaded an app called Antenna Point which helps you get the best signal. Use the app to find out which direction to point the antenna. With the antenna I bought, I'm able to pick up stations over 50 miles away. I have over 50 stations I pick up with this antenna. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will depend upon your antenna and whether there are hills or mountains or buildings between it and the tower. Recast only takes whatever signal the antenna receives and resends it over your internet to the device (like a Firestick). My "mid-size" directional antenna pulls in channels from towers 32 miles away.
