“I purchased a RF170ADX4N. The main freezer drawer is very noisy to open. The Fisher Paykel technician came and adjusted the geared rollers, but it is still very noisy to open. He claimed that was normal. Anyone that has this, would you agree? Thanks!”

I have exactly the same issue with that model and the technician even replaced the parts. It is annoying to say the least. Fisher Paykel just tells me to to go to a technician again.
