You can find this info online from F&P's specs/manuals for this model. It looks like about 1.25" lower than the hinge height. I would be cautious about building upper cabinets too close to the top of the fridge though; I called F&P to verify air space around the fridge and I was told that the airspace is most critical at the top of the unit. They suggested drilling air holes in the cabinet base to get more circulation. I hope this helps.
