This clasp is significantly more sturdy and more secure than the flex one was. I don't see this one wearing down easily. It's similar to the flex, in that it is plastic prongs into the rubber holes. However, there's a tapering of the holes and more of a "nail head" design on the plastic prongs. This helps to hold it more securely.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had mine for quite sometime. The holes for the clasp are still very strong and I've had no issues with it coming off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have had it since it came out and no stretching of the holes has occurred. I also purchased an inexpensive 'beltband' for extra security. Even my 11 year old doesn't lose hers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. From my previous and current experience with Fitbit devices clasp. I have never had a problem with a clasp wearing or breaking. I had my Fitbit Flex for 2 yrs with no problems. The new band and clasp design on the Alta's are very durable. I struggled with getting it clasped the first couple times because it was so new. It has loosened just right to make it easier for me to clasp one handed now. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My clasp has been good.. I hated the old one . I had to return it 4 times cause the band broke on everyone of them..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had my Alta for almost 2 months and the band/clasp still work as good as new. If it should ever wear out, you can always get a replacement band.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I like this band. It clicks into the holes and I.haven't had any issues with it. I wear mine for about 15 hours each day and never once has it come loose.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had mine for a couple months and haven't had issues with it. I take it off every morning to charge while I'm in the shower.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had mine about a month and the clasp still holds perfectly
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The clasp seems pretty sturdy. It's very hard to put on and if it's only on partially, it can fall off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
