There are no measurements on the box, just a bar that you can rest your wrist up against to see if you should get the S/P or the L/G.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a 6.25" wrist and the S/P fits great. There are 9 hole choices on the band and I'm using the 5th from the end. My guess is if you had up to a 7" wrist this size would work for you.
