• You will need a charging brick, but I use an extra one that I have for my phone. Yes, it tells time.

• Nothing more needs to be bought. It comes with the charger. Directions are sketchy, but once hooked up to your phone, it becomes easy to use. Just charge it up, put it on and get moving. Yes, it does tell the time. You tap the face twice & time appears, you then tap once and the steps you have walked that day appears, then tap again and heart rate appears, etc.

• If you are going to sync it up with a laptop or tablet that doesn't have Bluetooth, you will need to get what is called a dongle. Truthfully that is what it is called.
