Yes, my husband had a Fitbit and he can sync the scale to his app.

Yes. It works via Bluetooth. You can invite others to use the scale.

The product description says it can, but I have not attempted it. Just seeing how easy it was to pair my app with the scale, I'm sure you probably could, however you would likely not be able to stand too close to the scale while someone else is weighing-in. Even then, the weight pops up in your app and you have to elect to "save" the weight so it does not automatically sync to your app without your approval first.
