By the fifth weigh-in, you should see accurate measurements consistent within one pound. If this is not the case, please do not delete any of the weights from your dashboard and contact Customer Support for further assistance.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My experience is that it is pretty spot on. Remember to try and weigh yourself at the same time every day. Also, remember if you are clothed at the doctors this will add pounds. Same too, if you've been eating & drinking during the day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.like any scale it depends on where you put it. If you put it on carpet just remember to use the feet. It really doesn't matter what number it says as you are really looking for trends, anyway. That said, mine is within =/- 1 lb of doctor's scale
