Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. The users manual says to keep the heart sensor on the backside of your wrist. It senses pulse pressure there and putting it on the underside causes inaccurate readings. In addititon, when exercising, loosen the watchband and slide the watch up your arm about 2 to 3 inches. This gets you an accurate pulse reading during exercise. I personally put a wrist sweatband on my wrist to keep the watch in place about 3" up my forearm when I run. Seems to work well.
