Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It'll take a pounding, and even sweat. I workout, lift weights, run, and shower in mine. It'll be fine. However one blow to your wrist while wearing the watch and there could be some pain.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I go to title boxing class regularly and always wear my watch. As for the shock it takes that good. The thing that messes with it is the onside of glove. If you wrap your hand wrap around it once really helps. When u dont the glove starts and stops your workout. Pauses it and when its under glove hard to see if its tracking or not.
